Celebrating the Care of Children - May 8, 2006
Second Annual Family Centered Care Conference for Health Care Professionals,
Care Providers, Students, and Families, Hosted by Children's Hospital,
CCAC, and community health care agencies. "Celebrating the Care of
Children", Lamplighter Inn, London, Ontario. More information is
in our brochure.
Effective May 21, 2005 the Paediatric Medical Day Unit at Children's
Hospital of Western Ontario will relocate to the fourth floor, Westminster
Tower. Patients and families are to use the Baseline Road entrance and
park in Parking Lot A (being renamed Lot 7). To assist patients, staff
and visitors, the hospital has also implemented colour coding and symbol
wayfinding system. The PMDU is located in Zone E, marked by a yellow colour
and a cornhusk symbol. The following link will provide you with a map
that indicates the entrance and parking lot for patients and PMDU visitors

Art Therapy program at Children's Hospital of Western Ontario celebrates
25th anniversary

(LONDON, Ontario) For the past 25 years, the Art Therapy Program at the
Children's Hospital of Western Ontario (CHWO) at London Health Sciences
Centre has been using art therapy to provide psychosocial support to pediatric
cancer patients.
